After much preparation we will be moving the Link Alarm service to a new comptuing platform this weekend, March 2nd and 3rd. This will give us the infrstructure to improve and expand the service moving forward. For now the service will look the same. Most of the changes in this move have been "under the hood".
What you, our clients will see are some short term outages. Jobs running during the move will be interrupted and we will restart them for you. No credits will be charged for partial runs and you'll still get your report, albeit with a little bit of delay as the job will have to start from the beinging.
The more robust infrastructure at Link Alarm will provide us the foundation needed to expand services. We are very excited by this move and we hope you'll be excited too. Link Alarm is on the move and going to good places.
